Thank you for booking with Nicolet Beach Rentals!

Please arrive 20 minutes before your reservation time.

Once you are in the park, follow the signs to Nicolet Beach and park in the lot closest to The Camp Store. From there, walk down the path to The Camp Store, turn right at the bathrooms, and follow the path to the right to the bike and boat booths (don’t follow signs for the camp sites).

You will need to pay to enter Peninsula State Park. Visit the DNR website for current rates and information.

Entry into the park is via the Fish Creek or Golf Course entrances, do not come into the park via Highland Rd service road.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be in writing and sent to: nicoletbeachrentals@gmail.com

More than 3 days notice:
•    All reservations canceled with more than 3 days notice will incur no cancellation fee.

More than 24 hours notice:
•    All reservations canceled with more than 24 hours notice, but less than 3 days notice, will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours notice:
•    Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
•    24 hours are defined as 9:00 AM the day before the scheduled rental. 

Changes:
•    All changes that result in a refund will incur a 10% change fee on the refunded amount.
•    There is no charge for changes that do not require a refund.
•    Changes will be limited to available inventory

No Refunds Given If:
•    Renter returns early
•    Renter picks up late 

Late return:

• A late charge of $25 will be levied for each hour or any part thereof for bikes returned late.

Exclusions: 
Nicolet Beach Rentals will make reasonable accommodations, but these are on a case by case basis and must be requested in writing.

Delays due to travel conditions, weather, etc. are NOT exclusions to the rental contract 

It is the Renter's responsibility to ensure that rental dates are correct. You will receive your confirmation via email and text message, including a reminder email. NBR is not responsible for incorrect dates. There will be no refunds given for missed reservations.

In the event of inclement weather, you will hear from the Nicolet Beach Rentals team at the earliest opportunity.
