Breakfast Cabana
Good Eggs is a delightful breakfast cabana across from the water in south Ephraim (9820 Brookside Ln). It is the perfect way to start a Door County day with your beloved. They have breakfast burritos suitable for all diets, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free (sans wrap). You can eat on their outdoor patio or take the wraps to go and find a seat with a view.
Lazy morning on the beach
There’s nothing like a leisurely morning on the beach. Bring a blanket for a few hours on Nicolet Beach napping, snuggling, eating, or digging into a good book. If you forgot to bring reading material, check out The Peninsula Bookman in Fish Creek for a great selection of new and used books. If you’re still a little hungry after your picnic or need lunch dessert, duck into The Camp Store for an ice cream cup or novelty.
Explore Eagle Bluff
Eagle Bluff is an incredible 150-foot dolomite cliff face created by glaciers when the Niagara Escarpment was formed. It is spectacular to see by water or trail. Grab a kayak and paddle along the sea caves and under forested terraces, or take Eagle Trail and hike along the lake edge, under the dolomite cliffs, and over the rocks. The big question is, will you rent single kayaks or test your relationship in a double?

You’re going to want something to remember this day by, so head to Top of the Hill Shops in Fish Creek and stop in at Blue Pine Door County for a memento as unique as your love. Impress your date by heading to The White Gull Inn (4225 Main St) for their candlelight dinner. Established in 1896, the White Gull Inn has provided unforgettable dining to generations of visitors to the Door Peninsula. Reservations are highly recommended, as is their Baked Brie with smoked almonds and homemade strawberry rhubarb compote - oh my!
